The past few days have seen Blackberry services go down across different parts of the Middle East. Yesterday service was interrupted in the UAE and subscribers on the Etisalat wireless network reported problems with web browsing, instant messaging (bbm) and other Internet related services like email. DU the other wireless network provider in the UAE also reported problems.
Blackberry acknowledged that they we experiencing problems and promised to investigate and apologized for the lapse in service. Blackberry has now reported that the services are back online.
