The New Blackberry® Curve™ 9360 is Out
New to the RIM’s line up of Blackberry Smartphones is the latest addition to the Curve family, the BlackBerry Curve 9360. It is already out on Telus Canada with an expected roll out on more wireless carriers soon.
The Blackberry 9360 Curve runs the new Blackberry OS 7 operating system and has a much faster processor than it predecessor, the 9300 Curve. It comes with 512 MB of RAM and an 800 MHz processor. However, a lot of the new improvements that OS 7 has brought cannot be enjoyed on this model, as it does not have touch screen capability. It has a regular track pad. Other options include a 5 megapixel camera with an LED flash. Also voice activated search and support for 3D applications. The device does have near field communications, but some service providers are able to lock this feature out of the software.
The screen is much improved at 2.44 inches (480×360), and the keyboard is of course a standard Blackberry keyboard, which everyone loves. The keyboard is RIM’s forte.
Affordably priced this new model from RIM looks like a sure bet.
